We are unfortunately unable to accept the return of live plants. We ensure all of our plants are of a healthy standard upon leaving us; we are unable to accept liability for any care after they have have been delivered to your door. 

If you have concerns over the health of your plant or it's condition upon it's arrival, please email us with photos within 48 hours of receiving it. Refunds in this instance are at our discretion. We are always on hand to help so please get in touch if you need any care advice with your plants. 

We are happy to accept the return of other goods within 21 days of purchase and provided that they are in the same condition that they were sent in. We are unable to cover the cost of posting returns (unless they are faulty or dammaged).

If you receive any goods that are damaged please get in touch within 24 hours and we can arrange a refund. We may ask for photos to help us with any claims we may need to make.
